There are innumerable patients around the world who need attention and care while they are being treated. Either their treatment is being done at hospitals or at home, they need full attention. For that matter, nurses are kept to take care of the patients. These nurses can be kept at home as well and paid well for their services. The nurses are trained beforehand and they are taught about the major as well as the minor aspects of nursing. This is called CNA Certification. CNA stands for Canadian Nurses Association. This certification requires the would-be nurses to pass certain tests who afterwards should meet certain nursing criteria. The certification program can work up to forty weeks training with the practical exams as well. As the patient needs twenty four hour care, the program is devised in such a way that the student should come across all kinds of situations and must learn how to handle them. There is also a part time schedule for the student which would include accompanying activities of the certification program. It is a demanding job and requires full attention of the student or nurse. It is hectic sometimes but if the student is really serious about getting the certification then the hectic routine would not bother him anymore. Some tasks are very unpleasant but still are part of the certification program. The training programs is therefore extended over several weeks so that if the nurse-to-be does not get accustomed to the activities soon she can take more time to do the practice.

There are other requirements which must be met before taking part in the certification program. The student must be a graduate and must be at least eighteen years old. Students below that age are not allowed in the program.

This type of yoga uses heat and the maximum heat that can be used is usually about a hundred degrees. This limit can not be passed and you do not have to start at this limit because you can just start at lower temperatures.
